Instructional Technologies
Microsoft
Microsoft 365
Nearly every day for the last 20 years or more I have used Microsoft Office. I am soundly capable with Excel and I am highly capable with Word, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams. For the majority of my career PowerPoint was the best version of an instructional design program that I had access to, so I'm freaking good with it.
Apple, Zoom, and Loom
iMovie, Zoom, Loom, and GarageBand
I am very skilled with using iMovie, Zoom, Loom, and GarageBand. Until I have mastered Adobe products, when I'm creating instructional videos I use iMovie. When I need a better quality audio track than what iMovie provides, I use GarageBand.
I use Zoom and Loom every day for teaching, trainings, and meetings.
Adobe
Adobe Creative Cloud
My experience with Adobe products is fairly new, but I am learning them quickly and becoming increasingly capable with them each day. I'm specifically focusing my attention on learning Captivate, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Audition. I'm a fast learner and I'll continue to learn until I have mastered these programs and others.
